1. Are La Vita Brides’ gowns the same as in the pictures?
Yes, the gowns you see on our website are our sample gowns; which means that what you see is what you get. We do not ‘borrow’ pictures from other designer websites.
2. Can I view your sample gowns to check on the quality?
Please note that La Vita Brides operates first and foremost as an online store. This allows us to lower our overhead costs, and the savings are passed on to you through our affordable prices. We are not a bridal studio, as such we do not keep stock of all designs you see on our website. All gowns are made to order, so we will not bring in a design just for you to try. We do however, have samples of different styles for you to view / try, and welcome you to make an appointment with us to check out the quality and workmanship. 3. Does La Vita Brides offer Made-To-Measure services?
Yes, La Vita Brides offers Made-To-Measure services (made with your measurements based on a pre-existing pattern or a picture) for the designs on our website. We also offer custom made services if you have a picture of a gown you like. Please note that Made-To-Measure or custom made dresses are non-refundable or exchangeable. We do not offer Design services (an original pattern designed from scratch).
4. How long will it take for my wedding gown to be delivered?
Our normal lead-time is about 3 - 4 months. Any order that is less than 3 months before your date is considered a rush order, and will be subjected to the following charges:
Less than 3 months before your date - S$100
Less than 2 months before your date - S$150
1 month and less before your date - S$200
In order to provide for unforeseen circumstances, it is recommended that you confirm your order with us at least 6 months in advance of the date you require it.
5. Can I choose to pick up my gown instead?
Sure! Simply choose the option “Pick Up” under shipping options when you are checking out. We will contact you once your gown is ready for collection.
6. When should I place my order for my wedding gown?
Although our lead–time is about 90 days, we recommend that you place your order at least 6 months in advance before your wedding to allow for any unforeseen delays and alterations. Lead-time may vary depending on whether it is peak period.
7. Do you provide alterations?
Alterations are not included in the price of your gown. You may include fittings and 1 round of size alterations for an additional S$200. If you are an international customer, shipping costs will have to be covered by you. We will only do alterations for size. Requests for alterations to modify the gown design (if it is possible) will incur additional charges. Alterations that are required one (1) month after the gown has been collected by the customer will be charged, no exceptions please. We do not provide alterations for gowns not purchased from La Vita Brides.
8. Do you ship worldwide?

9. Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do. However, there are terms and conditions for this. Please refer to Return & Refund Policy for more information.
10. What currency are you using for your prices?
All our dresses are priced in Singapore Dollars. The cost on the website is to buy the gown.
11. What kind of payment options do La Vita Brides offer?
La Vita Brides offers a variety of payment options as below:
METHOD 1: CREDIT CARD
Online payment via PayPal (Visa or Mastercard). A 4% fee will be charged.
In-store credit card payment is available. A 3% fee will be charged.
METHOD 2: INTERNET BANK-IN (For Singapore customers only)

12. How secure is shopping with La Vita Brides?
We want your online shopping to be worry-free, so we use PayPal which uses SSL (Secure Socket Layers)*, the industry standard encryption standard for online purchase. All of your personal information, including your credit card number, is encrypted by SSL while you are placing the order.
SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than PayPal. To check the security of your connection, look at the URL address bar of your browser window when you begin to checkout. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https".
We endeavor to make every transaction you make at La Vita Brides 100% safe. This means that you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at La Vita Brides

13. Do you offer rental services? What are your rental terms?
Yes we do.* Email us at email@example.com with the gown code for the rental price.
Rental price quoted is for 4 days, including day of gown collection and day of return. A refundable security deposit will need to be made upon collection of gown. This deposit amount will be the additional amount that is needed to make up the purchase price of the gown. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the gown in good condition. Please note that deposits will not be returned if the gown has been damaged or modified in any way.
*Rental services are only available for customers based in Singapore.
14. Are the prices on your website to buy or to rent the gown? What currency are you using?
Prices on our website are in SGD and are to buy the gown only, excluding fittings and alterations. Fittings and 1 round of size alterations can be included at an additional S$200. We also offer rental services. Prices do not include shipping costs (if applicable), and do not include cost of buying / renting of veil, can-can or other accessories.
15. How much is it to rent a veil and can-can?
Cost of renting Veils: Starting at $30 / 4 days. A refundable deposit of $30 will be collected.
Cost of renting Can-Can: Starting at $45 /4 days. A refundable deposit of $30 will be collected.
You will be given a discount if your gown has been purchased / rented from us. Deposits will not be returned if the item is damaged in any way.
16. Do you offer Pre-wedding photography packages or Actual Day Wedding packages?
