Satisfaction Guaranteed

We understand that Wedding Planning can be stressful and that is why we offer a three-day satisfaction guarantee on all items (counting the day received / picked up)

 

Please see return procedure below.

• We will only accept returns on merchandise which have defects or if we have sent the wrong item / size by mistake.

• We encourage you to not wear or alter our merchandise until you are sure you are 100% satisfied with the transaction. No refund will be issued for altered, modified or used items.

• If the gown has been altered in any way, either by you or by La Vita Brides at your request, this is considered a custom order and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom sized dresses or on dresses that have been customized by the designer for you, unless there are defects.

• All buyers are responsible for all shipping, returns and exchange shipping fees unless the merchandise has been mistakenly shipped.

• For International shipments, the buyer is responsible for all customs and duty charges.

 

Return Procedure
• You have 3 calendar days from the time the delivery company delivers to the designated shipping address / from the day you pick up the dress to notify us that you would like to return or exchange the item.

• You need to contact us before you return them and we will send you a confirmation email.   Any item returned without notifying us will not be credited or exchanged.  Email us at customerservice@lavitabrides.com

• The item must be in brand-new, unworn condition.

• We must receive the item within 10 calendar days after we give our return address. If we do not receive your item within 10 calendar days, no credit or exchange will be given.

• Once we receive your item, ensure that it has not been worn, and confirm that we have received it within 10 days of giving our return address, we will issue the full refund, or exchange the item for you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• For exchanging items, re-delivery cost will be charged as per normal.   Alternatively, you are most welcome to pick up the gown from our showroom.
